The Wax Recirculation System is used to remove the moisture, ash content and solid impurities in the wax liquid drained from the dewaxing autoclave through Wax and Water Separator and Wax Stewing Unit. The processed wax liquid can be reused in the Wax Injection Machine. The system include Wax and Water Separator and Wax Stewing Unit and Control box.
Features
This system is integrated with Wax and Water Separator and Wax Stewing Unit, and interlocked with Dewaxing autoclave, which covers a small area, has high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, and no pollution.
The system has two control types, automatic control and manual control, simple to operate. With automatic water feeding and temperature alarm, the system will automatic stop heating when the temperature is over the set value and automatic start heating when the temperature is below the set value according to PID mode.
The start and stop of electric heater and motor are controlled by temperature interlock controlled . Mechanical safety valve is installed on the water pump and Wax stewing unit, the wax cannot discharged if the temperature is not up to the standard or does not reach the set static settlement time.
The temperature valve of the machine can be set and adjusted manually and automatically under normal conditions.
Part of the Wax stewing unit can reach at least 80℃ under constant temperature. If there is a higher temperature requirement in the process, the water can be changed to oil.
There is an insulation system on the Wax stewing unit, which can automatically keep the wax temperature within the range specified by the process.
Simple installation and easy operation, the system has automatic control mode and manual control when need maintenance.
Valves are all pneumatic insulation valves to reduce the manual operation, easy to use. The Wax and water separator is heated by high temperature steam, which is quick and efficient.
The inner tank, outer housing and filter screen are made of stainless steel, which can effectively prevent iron ions from being introduced into the wax.
